I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Pilates/Yoga Teacher, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Meditation Lead, Music Aficionado and Mother.

I’ve been studying Healing modalities for thirty years.

I was born in Greece, to British parents. I’ve lived all over the world studying different cultures and customs all my life. I’ve also raised three children in California which is where I call home.
